Join Yin and Embodiment QUEEEN Georgie Edwards and I in central Brighton for a day of Yoga, Embodiment practice, god food and new friends to see in the changing season.
Our ancestors marked the changing seasons with ritual and celebration within sacred community, traditions so many of us have lost connection with.
Listen to the whisper of the Autumn Equinox and join us in coming home to nature; in coming home to ourselves.
The Autumn Equinox is a time for Harvest and celebration, a time to gather with loved ones, step away from our tech shackles and give thanks for the rich warmth of the sun, whilst looking forward to the cosier days and nights ahead. We will honour the shifting seasons with:
Embodied Flow Yoga; Embodied Ecstatic Dance; Mantra & Chanting; Yin; Breath-work; Closing Meditation and a plant based seasonal lunch…no good community event can miss a shared meal, after all.

Georgie Edwards (She / Her)
Yin Yoga Facilitator, Play enthusiast, Deep-Rest-Activist, Foodie & Music lover
Georgie is a passionate international yoga teacher and student; on a mission to spread joy. Since training in India in 2017, she has lived, traveled and taught in; the UK, Sri Lanka and India. This experience has allowed her to share yoga with people worldwide and reconnect to her Sri Lankan roots. The magic of community and shared purpose is at the heart of why she became a teacher, whether through yoga, food or music.
“Georgie is fantastic, her yin classes are the best I’ve tried and the only yin that makes me wanna come to class. The way she speaks, the things she says and her authentic humble presence. She is a gift so bask in her radiance. Lazy Goddess!”
Jasmine Newsome-Stone (She/ Her)
Flow Yoga Facilitator, Anatomy Buff, Song-Bird, Foodie & Nature Enthusiast
Jasmine has been exploring Yoga as a modality of movement, self-inquiry and mediation for over a decade and has been facilitating a range of practices since 2019. Her heartfelt wish as a facilitator of self-inquiry is to empower people with the gifts her practice has given her, whether through movement, meditation or voice; a space to develop a joyful, authentic and compassionate approach to engaging with life moment by moment but also a space to accept and nurture all the nuanced elements of ourselves.
“Jas creates the most warm and welcoming sanctuary to Flow in! She brings an energy that makes me feel seen in a way that gives permission for me to accept the imperfections. I truly feel the infinite possibilities of my practice when being taught by her.”
